The breakfast selection was totally on point! Eggs to order and buffet choices were awesome. Just wish the noise insulation in the room was better for a more peaceful night. 🥚

poor service

inconsistent water temperature

the breakfast was out at 5:30, but I was told I couldn’t eat until 6 am—how considerate! also, I simply cannot believe that the shower was either boiling or icy, absolutely appalling. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t when I wasn't offered a room upgrade to ease my discomfort!

I stayed for 1 night and loved the amazing breakfast buffet. It was served from 5 AM to 8 AM, and I enjoyed a feast of fresh fruits and eggs to order before heading out. The staff were so helpful, allowing me to store my bags while I explored the stunning city.

Good location near main plaza and cathedral.

Our stay was plagued with problems. The shower barely worked, making it an uncomfortable experience. Plus, the breakfast service was painfully slow, and by the time we could eat, it felt rushed.
